SMDR on Merlin 4.0 2

Does anyone know how I can print the SMDR reports to a text file? I hooked up the lap top using the 355AF adapter to the SMDR port and tried to log on using Hyper-Terminal and it spit out some garbage. Please help.

If it spit out anything at all, you're on the right track. Try slowing down the connection (1200, n,8,1), hope your PC can handle that break-neck glacial speed on the Legend.
