SMDR on Magix

Problem:
occasionally there will be multiple calls in process and then they will be dropped at the same time and at the same time of day. This happens once or twice a week between 4:00pm and 5:00pm . I'm convinced it's the Telco. and there PRI.
Will the SMDR show whether a call is dropped because of the Telco. so I can have some proof it's on there end.

SMDR won't show the cause of drop to my knowledge but if it is an issue with the PRI you should see errors in the system error logs

From SPM or programming phone:
Menu>Maintenance>System>Error Log>Last 99
Select "more" to scroll through the errors.

Look for errors that say PRI, D-chan, or the slot number your T-1 card is in.

 
Or you can print the error log - sometimes it is easier to see things that way.
