smdr on CXi controller

Hi, apart from setting the options in the SMDR Option Assignment and the COS for the extensions and trunks, is there anything else that needs to be configured for SMDR to work on the CXI controller.

I am telnetting into port 1752, but cannot see any records coming through.

if you go to the maint screen and do a logs re smdr n 10

do you see any logs

Sorted. I was dialing from a ACD phone. I hadn't enabled the ACD agent COS SMDR External.
