SMDR Missing Entries

Hello

We suspect a problem with our SMDR logger (5.0.14). Over the last week it has not been logging 100% of the calls - more like 60%. Has anyone else had this problem. I can't see any configuration settings to make it work in this way - we use this file for invoicing, so it is important that it logs 100% of the calls.

I've restarted IP Office and restarted the Delta Service this morning in the hope that it will fix the problem.

Restarting IP Office / Delta Server does fix this problem, but after another week / 10 days the problem reoccurs.

There is no obvious pattern to the ones it omits (time/extension).

Any ideas?

i had major problems with this this week.


i have an ip 406 v2 2.1 (27)

i have used all versions of ccc delta server

4.0 35
4.0 36
5.0 14

it can see the unit but it will not collect i have tried on a windows 2003 server and windows xp machine


changing 406 v2 unit
 
I am looking into this problem as well. In my case the deltaserver continues to work but after a period it stops receiving the account codes. Stopping and restarting the deltaserver resolves this.

not sure yet but it has happens yet twice after the xp machine has downloaded a ms update.....

Hi

It has happened again. However a restart of the Delta Server on its own (not IP Office) resolved it.
