SMDR Internal

I need to be able to trace extn to extn calls via the SMDR, for management purposes [i.e. staff who are abusing the system and chatting to each other].

We have SMDR Internal enabled on our Trunk Gateway.

There is not option to select SMDR Internal in the SMDR Options of the MXe Server [User gateway].

I dont know if this was purchased, if I do purchase it where do I enable the licensable option so that SMDR Internal appears in the SMDR Options assignment?

Diregard this post I got mixed up. This customer has got SMDR Internal running. The were doing a trace off the wrong gateway!

Should have checked before posting sorry.
