SMDR - Internal calls

We have a 200ICP and a call accounting software package called TAPIT. We have embedded vmail and use as auto attendant to answer calls.
Is there any way to get our call accounting system to track the internal calls? TAPIT can do it if it got the data from the 200 ICP, but it seems that the MITEL does not produce internal calls in its SMDR string.
Also, any calls (which is almost all) that get answered by the auto attendant, the caller presses 0 and then asks operator to transfer to an ext. also do not get recorded by mitel smdr. It's as if the calls stop at the receptionists extension instead of showing the call passing on to the ultimate recipient.
Any suggestions as it seems that the MITEL does not give our call accounting system enough information. MITEL told us that it only keeps track of one transfer. So, when the caller presses 0, that counts as a transfer and the subsequent one (to the employee) never gets recorded.

No internal SMDR on SX200, Sorry

If Internal SMDR is required then you will need either the (old) SX2000 PBX or the (new) 3300 ICP PBX. The SX200 doesn't have the feature
