SMDR Installation for Call Accounting software V6.1 0x32

the smdr will only transmit baud rate, parity, bits, and flow control. You will have to connect your SMDR to your comm port and put those settings in the program. Access Feature 9*2 to access the smdr programming. This is where you will put the settings in.
Just hook the SMDR up to an open station port.
As far as the call accounting software, that you have to buy separately. I wrote a Perl script to parse the log file and put all of the info in a mySQL database. I'd be happy to send it to you if you are interested. I have not tested it extensively as of yet but it's in the budget
Also I have not made a front-end to provide reporting yet, but if you have any PHP/ASP experience it would be fairly easy - I have just not gotten around to it yet
