We have two offices connected together via CCIS on a private T1. We recently changed which office was the "Central" and which one was the "Remote" office. Ever since, the remote office stopped reporting on incoming calls for all extensions...

Outgoing calls are recorded fine for the remote office, and the central office is working fine for both incoming and outgoing.

Is there a bit I forgot to turn on which controls the reporting of SMDR for all stations? I looked through CMD08 and couldn't find anything that didn't look right.

We are using SMDR on the AP00-B and both systems are a 2000 IPS. Any help is appreciated.

Check these commands:

Provide SMDR service for incoming calls to the required stations.
1305>EXT#>0=TO PROVIDE 1=NOT PROVIDED

Provide SMDR service for incoming calls to to the trunk route
3549>TRK RT>0=TO PROVIDE

Specify SMDR service for incoming calls with
(or regardless of) Account Code entry.
D000>70>0=Effective for incoming calls with Account
Codes only 1=Effective for all incoming calls

Send ANI/Caller ID to SMDR.
D000>143>0=Not sent 1=To send

Specify whether the ANI/Caller ID is sent to SMDR.
08>463>0=To send 1=Not sent

That should get you going....There are a few more commands if you want to capture incoming tandum calls, etc.
