We are in the pre-sale process with a customer who is going to have a 412 and 406 SCN'd together across their campus. The calls will come across two PRI's connected to the 412 in the primary building. Any incoming or outgoing call will route across the SCN.

If I have the Delta Server connected to the 412 will it log calls coming in to and out from users attached to the 406 since the calls route through the PRI attached to the 412?

We are looking at adding call accounting, so I want to make sure that all the information will be in the one SMDR file off of the 412. If not we will have to setup another Delta Server to connect to the 406 to gather that information. Either way is feasible we just need to know how the SMDR collects so we know what we are getting into.

It might depend on the call logging package you use.

Oak have multi site licenses and I have been told the situation you are wanting won't work with that package and you need the multi site license.

You would have to check with the manufacturer of the packsge you want to use.

Fooball is not a matter of life and death-It is far more important!!!!

you can also put a delta server on the other end (406)
let it send the smdr to the main site(call accounting)
