SMDR DB9F pinout and 25 male pin out

Its going on a Panasonic VB 96 Systems the Smdr is 25 pin female out. I was looking to see if some comapny made the units up already to go with a Rj45 to make it faster to then having to make up the db9 and 25 pin to the cable each time. Yes I have the pin out in in the install info Thanks CWC3 !!
I use DB9 & DB 25 to RJ45 adaptors for SMDR and connection to PC you can get them from places like Tandy (I think you call it Radio Shack in USA)you can get them without the pins inserted and make up any type of cable end you wish
but be careful of the color code as the ones that I get can vary.
