We had an outside vendor install the Call Manager 4.3 as well as the SMDR records to point to our Call Accounting Server. I dont know how exactly this occured but we are no longer receiving the SMDR records from the Call Manager. Where do I find the setup on the call manager? thanks!

CDR reports is a place to start. I'm guessing that its a file in not connected to a printer.

It depends on the product but usually it's an ODBC connection from the call accounting server to the call manager's cdr database. Database gets copied to the accounting server during set intervals.
If that is broken then it won't duplicate.

So basically the Call Accounting Server is pulling from the Call Manager? I thought somewhere in the Call Manager was a setting that pushed the SMDR data to the call accounting server.

it should be the other way around but either way it sounds the connection is broken. Or CDR is not running.
