SMDR CID output on a Partner ACS

I just installed a Call Accounting System on an old Partner ACS. It seems to be working fine but the CID info is not going out to the CAS. The CO lines do have CID and it works on the phones. I looked in the manual but I don't see any reference to this. Anyone have any info on turning that on somehow so it shows up on their reports??

Connect it to the serial port of your PC instead of the CAS, and confirm if the CID info is being sent from the ACS or not.

From the manual:
If you use Caller ID, SMDR reports include the telephone numbers of incoming calls.

If it is being sent, contact the manufacturer of the Call Accounting System
