I have a ACS 6.0 and not currently collecting or using the SMDR option...If I were to plug in my laptop that I have ready to collect the buffered SMDR information, about how many call records does the system store looking back.
It is not a very busy office..about 50 calls [ outgoing & incoming a day, not much station to station traffic ] but we would like to look at a few calls that were made about three days ago.
Just wondering.
