Can someone tell me how an S8300 and Prologic record SMDR?
We currently use G3R with MIND call accounting software.
We want to be able to bring out satalite offices into the umbrella of the existing software via web to keep tabs on costs for the offices.
We have a mix of smaller PBX's out at the Satalite offices. Mostly Prologic, and S8300's.
We are looking to migrate from the G3R to the S8700 and convert all satalites to either 8300's or IP office and even soft phone over vpn.
Maybe the answer to the above question will let me figure out how to probe the outter pbx's to gather the data.
I would appreciate the help.
