Got another situation here. We are using prairiefyre 6110 customer contact manager software to deliver call accounting reports to the client. In some reports the numbers appear to be inconsistent. What we found out was that in prairiefyre calls after 5pm are counted twice. The only change that happens to the system at 5 is that it goes into night mood.

Is there anyway to verify the smdr information in the switch in regards to night mode?

Prairiefyre collects the raw data for the smdr on the harddrive.

Normally found under:(using memory so may not be exact) Program Files/Prairiefyre/CCM/Data Directory/Node1

The file name will be SYYYYMMDD.txt so you can search for it if required.

You can also use the Application itself and search using the Tools-Data Mining-SMDR search built into Prairiefyre.

I've never heard of the problem you describe, what system and software rev are you using.

Are the duplicate records identical, or are are there different trunk numbers on the records? Do you have SMDR file transfer enabled in your SMDR options?
