I have setup two new extensions using the IPS 2000 command manual and with tips from this forum. These extension are able to login and receive calls from the pilot in Call Centre Worx. However the problem I am facing now is that the incoming calls from the pilot is not being tracked by the SMDR for these extensions. Which commands should i be looking for to find out if the IPS2000 is actually sending this data??

Check CMD 1305 (SMDR fro Incoming). At default incoming SMDR is not tracked. CMD 1305 set to a 0 will provide it on a per station basis.
EX: 1305 de extension de 0 exe.
EX: 1305 de extension de 0 exe.
