Site 3=Local Office, T1 to Site 2
Site 4=Local Office, T1 to Site 2

I can see outside 10 digit calls on Sites 1 and 2 through SMDR, however, I can not see 10 digit calls being placed from Sites 3 and 4, any Ideas?

are sites 3&4 IVS if so check the revision of the SC00 card should be a CDXX chip set.

If you have a NEC 2400 NO FCCS check ASYD SYS 1 INDEX 182 AND 183 make sure the point code of the PBX where you are collecting is in there.
Also check ASYD SYS 1 INDEX'S 32,33,34, SYS 2 INDEX 2 make sure they match what you have in a working site.

Good afternoon Mextera and CDRMAN,

Site 1 is a 2000IPS.
Site 2 is a 2000IVS.
Site 3 is a 2000IVS.
Site 4 is a 2000IVS2.

Can I check the revision of the SC00 card through MATWorX dialed into Sites 3 & 4? Because they are 1 and 2 hours from here (Site 2).

for both sites check
08>374>0
08>379>0
A726>0>0
A728>0>0

For site three the IVS needs the above set and SC00 CDXX chips this can only be checked from site.

For site four the IVS2 the chips are A1XX and will work if the above is set.
