SMDR analysis - Queue full?

Could anyone tell me what a call looks like in smdr.csv if it tries to ring in to a hunt group and the queue is full? In our case, we don't have voicemail enabled for the group, so the calls just get dropped ungracefully; we have a need to find out how often this happens so we know what sort of solution to put in to fix it.
 
The best thing to do is a trace with the monitor program.

I will look into this tommrrow at work and see if i have any different thoughts
