SMC in Solaris 10

Good morning. Hopefully quite a simple question - has anyone got SMC working in Solaris 10? All I get is the opening splash, but it never seems to move on beyong 'configuring...'. Any advice gratefully received.

Some days are diamonds, some days are rocks - make sure most are the former.
