SMC Console

Hi I have smc running ok on 2 servers -versions 2.0 on Solaris8 and 2.1 on solaris9. SMC on the server console is working, but I want to install a SMC console on windows. I have found and installed SMC Console 3.0, but it does not connect to the servers (A remote exception occurred during initialization, possibly due to a server or network failure....). Has anyone got this working? Is this a version problem? I know 2.0 and 2.1 are a bit old, but I'd rather not upgrade SMC on the servers. Any advice appreciated. Thanks.
