I have created an automator task and left an icon on the desktop. It mounts all the required network shares from a 2003 windows server. It all works quite well.

Problem is, when the user creates a new DOC or PPT file etc..he can save it only on the top level of the network share and is unable to "drill down" through the subdirectories! Love to know what's goin' on here!

Cheers

Check the permissions for the Windows share - I don't get that trouble at all.

Thanks for your response Zelandakh, I found out that you have to click on the drop down arrow on the right of the SAVE AS field. This then exposes the subdirectories of the server shares!!
