SmartviewTracker entries lagging behind

Hi All

My SmartViewTracker's latest entries are lagging behind by 2 and half hours from the actual time e.g.

After clicking the drill down arrow for smart view tracker to show the current logs the ones that appera are 2 and half hours behind the actual time.
Troubleshooting and monitoring is getting difficult for the entries are not uptodate, ANY idas welcome.
