I have a smartphone Windows 2k3 mobile edition I belive SE, can it be upgraded to Mobile 5, Phone is i930 from motorola.
Please Advice or help

Upgrades have to be tailored for each specific model, so they have to come from the smartphone's manufacturer. Check Motorola's web site for that model - if they aren't selling an upgrade then one isn't available.
