Smartlist display error..

Hi!
When running a query on the Sales Transactions in Smartlist, I get some double entries. When I check SOP30200 table, it shows only one.
What would cause this and how would I fixed this?

If you log out of GP and log back in, do you get the same results?

Yes, it get the same results. It seems the one entries has a GL poste date and the other doesn't. Could I run any reconcile to clear up this?

I would run Check Links on the Sales series first. Make sure everyone is out of GP and you have a backup before running check links.

It is probably a recurring charge...one has been posted the other is dated for a later date and sitting in the work table.
