The smartlist iitem includes fields from the item master and item qantity master linked by the item #. Each item # is printing two times when I run the smart list. When I linked the SOP transaction work table by item number each item printed many times. How do I stop the item # from printing more than one time? thanks for your help

show us your sql code - either the join type or the data and I do not think most folks have multiple item numbers the same

depending on the item number, you will have at minimum 2 records from the quantity master. One is an overall records type 0 and one will be a site specific record type 1. If you have more than one site and the item number is assigned to the multiple sites, you will have even more records.

specify a criteria of only the site you wish to query quantity for.
