Has anyone here used smartlist builder? There is a smartlist that I have downloaded from eOne's website and imported into Great Plains. However when I load this Smartlist, it orders the list by the wrong column heading. It lists the data by the "MO receipt number" rather than the "MO number." Is there a way to set which column by default will list the data in order of?

I tried to use it, but found all the queries I wanted to use couldn't be done Ie wanted to link GL to payables, but that would require first table to be view (GL20000 and GL30000) which works, but then would need to link to another view (Payables work, open adn history), but can't do that.

Did you know that you can link any SQL View to the MBS Smartlist Builder.

So if you can create the View, you can have it as a SmartList.

The MBS Smartlist Builder for v8.0 is due for release very soon.

I was aware of using sql views within the builder, but was unable to link 1 sql view as main table to another sql view. This wasn't an option to choose.
