Smarter Drop Down Menus - Extending the SELECT Behavior 2

Here's a way to make your drop down list boxes smarter... Typing N-E-B will jump to NEBRASKA in your list box, instead of the to N's, the E's, then the B's... etc.


(I had a hard time finding this, so I though I'd post it here to make it a little easier.)

PS: I've only tested this with IE5.5, but it works!

I went to the site listed but I'm must be pressing something wrong.
I pressed the letter "T" which found "TWO".
when I pressed minus it just sat there.

N-E-B what are the dashes? Spaces or what?

If I want to find "Three" for exanmple, spell out for my doofuss brain what to type in.

Sorry for the confusion... Type THR and it will jump you right to THREE

(Ignore the minus signs completely, in other words!) :)
