Smartcell xr communication cable.

I'm having trouble getting a part number or more information on the 4-pin black communication cable for our matrix 5000 smartcell xr battery packs. It looks like a phone cable but looks like it's a little smaller because a standard phone cable does not fit. Does anyone have more information on this? Thanks, Joe

Try a phone handset cord. Works fine on our Matrix UPS 5000 to a Smartcell battery pack. The fact that the cable is coiled actually is nice, as it keeps the cabling tidy.
