Smart tags in Outlook 2003?

Hello all,
I have a user getting a new pc, and i transferred all mail data (.pst) which i thought was the end of the data transfer checklist.. BUUUUTTT apparently this user depends largely on her smarttags (which is stupid and lazy) because she didnt add any of her recipients to her contacts list.

Soooo, my question is how do i transfer/modify smart tags to a new outlook 2003 machine??

Smart tags? Do you mean auto complete - what happens when you start typing an address and it offers some suggestions?
