Smart Sart and Array controller

Hi all,

I'm a newbie to smartstart install and I'm trying to install array config utility on an ML370T03, with ultra 3 2-channels 64-bits controller and 2*36 GB disks. I have to make a manual install due to OS requirement, but once system partition is installed, I'm unable to launch Array utility to set partitions. I'm trying to make disk support for array but it can't boot on it.

Any idea or tutorial somewhere to learn ?

Hi David,

I'm no expert but ... if you are not using the 3200 on a compaq server with a smart start cd you can't boot off it.
To boot you may need a booting controller (say Adaptec 39160 or whatever) Good luck.
