Smart list Missing folder

We are using GP version 7 and many addon modules. One being Service Call Management. I used to be able to see the Service call management folder on the smartlist and sort many different ways. This has dissapeared from the list. It has been a few months and I have been living without it. We use Advance security to set permisions. Can anyone help me get this folder back into smartlist? Is anyone out there using service call management?

If you are no longer seeing folders in your smartlist, you can go to Setup | System and enter the system password. Then select Smartlist Security. There, you can select the user and company and which objects they have access to.
