smart list - GL date

I want to have smart list when user has enter financial transacitons and those are not yet posted. I tried 'created date' and lastedited date' it does not work because created date has date of year 2004, even if transactions are entered today and lastediteddate does not work with search criteria.

Any help?

I think I have not able to explain it properly. I want to know user entry date, date on which transactions was entered in financial.That's why I was trying created date and lastediteddate.

I see. Lastediteddate works but there is no field for identifying the user who changed it, as far as I can see.

you could try using activity tracking on that module
