I installed a Smart Label Printer 220 to a windows 2000 professional PC. When I try running the label making program it gives me an error message: slpwin.exe - Entry Point Not Found 'The procedure entry point SavePrinterSetup could not be located in the dynamic link library slpib.dll.' I have uninstalled and reinstalled the label program several of times but still does not work.
