Smart Host setting in Groupwise 5.2

I am trying to activate a smart host relay for outbound messages in Groupwise 5.2.
In version 5.5 it is under the SMTP/MIME settings in the GWIA agent. I can't find anything comperable in version 5.2. The closest I can come is in the Access Control tab, there is a SMTP button. It seems more spam related. Basically what I am trying to do is send all email through another host, before it hits the internet.

Have you tried using the
/mh IP Address of host to relay all outbound messages
switch in the GWIA.CFG file?
