Smart Heap Library - Mem_Bad_Handle 1

Hello Everyone,
I came in to work today to find that when a user launches Great Plains, They get the following error "Smart Heap Library...Mem_Bad_Handle. If the use clicks ok, the application closes. If the click cancel, they get a runtime error. Any suggestions?

Did you have any luck with this? I started getting the exact same error today with user's of Dynamics logged into a new Citrix server while the old server is behaving fine.

This error is always, always due to a corrupted reports.dic or forms.dic. Try renaming them first and log back in to see if the error is gone. If it is, copy the files from machine where you are not getting the error (or from the master copy on the server).

We ended up having to rename both the reports.dic and the forms.dic. All is well now.
