Smart Clip parameters - RUN TIME?

I have a quick question about smart clips. I am attempting to change the smart clip parameters during run time. IS this possible???

In context I am trying to change the 'title' and 'body' variables to read specific files depending on which menu item was clicked on. Any direction or suggestion would be obliged.
