Smart Choice Layer reports

Hi

Running IQ V5.8 with CCM V5.8 and Mitel 3300 MCD4.2. My queue reports work but not the intteligent queue smart choice layer reports. I just get "no data".

When I create new tree's in IQ it pulls the info through to the CCM so there is definately communication between the devices.

I have deleted all Smart choice layer exit codes as well as groups and it pulled it all in again but still no data.

Any ideas?

Problem was the time on the Mitel, for some bizarre reason the Mitel had 2010 set as the year. All reports showed up when searching in that year with today's date.
