Opening any Smart Centre drawer sees it promptly disappear behind whatever application windows are open. How can this be rectified? ...it's frustrating having to minimise all windows in order to get at the drawers, and almost defeats the purpose of having them.

From the help for SmartCenter, direct quote
(to minimize space Smartcenter uses):
"1. Click the SmartCenter Menu button.
2. Choose SmartCenter Properties.
3. Click "Reserve minimum space for SmartCenter".
4. Click OK.

Note Click the unhidden part of SmartCenter to maximize it."

So...try UNCHECKING "Reserve minimum space...". Also, your open drawer will disappear behind whenever you click in your app. To see the open drawer again, place your cursor at the very top of you screen and click.
Hope this helps alittle. kms
