smart array 3200 boot problem

I have a proliant ml-530 with smart array 3200
I have a problem with boot each time i get error messege
on one of memory address i changed to a new controller
and now i get a messege that it's not detecting my drives what can i try to do to fix the problem

check bios to make sure you are booting from the array controller
