SMART Array-2 BIOS

I have 2 x SMART Array-2 series RAID Controllers with old firmware. I've tried flashing the BIOS with the online utility version 4.5, but it says my current SA BIOS is too old to use the online utility. I can't find any offline (diskette) versions of the SA-2 BIOS, i.e. 4.4. Can someone point me to a download location?
