Small window size

I start up a site (any web page), this is maximised by default.
I then start another page 'from within' this page[ say a hyperlink ], the new page opens but always in a small window [ say a size slightly bigger than a normal editbox field ].

I have to maximise it with mouse click.
Question :- why does this happen ?

I tried to check my "advanced" Internet options, but to no joy.
So to wrap it up: First page is maximised and subsequent pages started from within the 1st are not.

I'm on NT4 + IE6.

This is not a IIS problem. Please post in the proper forum. Try the forum 'Browser Issues'

To fix, try this. have only one window of IE open >> maximized >> now close it. Any window you open now should be maximized.
