I have a domain with 7 DCs running server 2003. Recently one of our connections to a branch went down and since AD replication seemed to be slow. I downloaded sonar and ultrasound to investigate the problem. When using sonar it shows 5 to 9 backlog files on the server that lost connection for about a day. When using ultrasound it does not show any backlog files. Where should I start to try and find which files are backlogged and why?
