small rectangular box 1

hi,

can someone tell me why on some images when you take your
mouse over, a small rectangular box pops up that has small icons of "save", "print", "folder" and one more..

I presume you are talking about IE, since I have only seen that box in that browser. That is the image toolbar and appears by default when you hover over any picture. If you hover over a picture that does not have that, that picture has either turned it off or is actually a background picture. You can turn it off on an image basis:

<img src="myimage.jpg" alt="" [b][COLOR=blue]galleryimg="no"[/color][/b] />

or for all the pictures on a page:

<meta http-equiv="imagetoolbar" content="no" />
