Small Office redial

In my office I have Small Office v3.0(40)
We dial "9" for outside line
When I dial 9<tel.number> it's working properly, but when I pres REDIAL button, I don't get wanted number. Call goes somewhere else, altought, on CALL STATUS I can see the number that I wanted to dial.

Does anyone has an idea how I can fix this?

I assume you are using analog lines. Try placing "9" in the "Prefix" field on "Line Tab" of the "Analog Trunk" form.

I am using ISDN BRI lines, an "9" is set in "Prefix" field on "Line tab" of the "Quad BRI" form

Do not remove the ? . dial feature and then when they redial it will still work!

This is becuase the IPO uses on-bloc and overlap dialling on the dialling out and the redial
