small image in the adress bar

i`ve seen it a couple of times, but don`t know how to.
1.

- a small image of a white T on a red backgroud, in the adress bar, just before the adress
2.

http://www.trafic.ro

- a spall white i in a red circle , same as before

can anyone tell me how it`s done ? thanks
