Small desktop space on screen

I upgraded to OSX 10.2 from 9.2 when I did that I also erased my HD. Now when my iBook boots up I get the desktop in a small box centered on the screen. Anyone know how to fix this?

I cannot find the video drivers for my card which is a ATI Mobility Radeon 7500. If anyone knows where to find them I would appreciate a link.
