Small Business Server Upgrade

I am a little off on the Forum, but I did not see a SBS 4.5 forum.
I am upgrading from SBS 4.0 to 4.5 (brand new box)and want to start fresh with the users. In other words, I am creating new users which are really the old users from the old box. My question is, what do I remove at the client prior to inserting the client floppy created at the server?

you shouldn't have to remove anything on the client side
