I have noticed that there are several messages in the cue when looking at the Tasks in SBC. I do a Send-Receive and they don't go anywhere. Any thoughts on what could be happening?

In addition, when I check each user's mailbox, they have messages but I can't get the Clean Mailbox to come up, i.e. it is greyed out in the menu bar.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

is the IMC service running on the server? go to control panel services and check that all Exchnage services are running
