small browser window

When I click on the link, say, within my e-mail or an IE browser window, the link window pops up very small so that I can hardly see it and sometimes I end up clicking on the link several times - only to find out that the link window is too small for me to see other than on the Start toolbar below.
Is there any way to change IE settings to enlarge the pop-up link window size to see it better and assume for instance that AdsGone blocked it by mistake?

You should be able to grab a corner of the window and stretch it out. Close the window and it should remember the size of the window.
