Hi there. I am most of the way through converting from Windows to Linux on my workstation... The only hassle I have and havn't found a solution to is the font sizes that appear in Netscape when I am browsing... For example, the Tek Tips LH menu is very tiny, bitmapped at the moment... Does anyone know what I can do to improve this...

Thanks

The best solution I found was to get the "xfs" font server process working with TrueType fonts, and then to use the TrueType fonts in Netscape. Check the online information on xfs for details.

It's worth looking into as you will get the added advantage of the fonts being available to all the other parts of X. [sig]<p> Andy Bold<br><a href=mailto: > </a><br><a href= > </a><br>"I've probably made most of the mistakes already, so hopefully you won't have to..." Me, most days.[/sig]

Wow... This is great...

Thanks Andy

I found a help page for XFS @ which pointed me in the right direction... Netscape has never looked this good...

Thanks again for the info...
